At Joyfullness we teach them to breathe, sleep and eat properly so they become empowered to control their well-being and independent.

We know what it is like to turn to health professionals for help. Just to walk away with a list of prescription drugs that suppress our symptoms. Frustrated, because we still don’t know what is causing the symptoms.

The health industry is designed to make money so it has no interest in teaching us what we need to know to live healthy lives. Then we wouldn’t buy pills, supplements and surgery.

And there are so many theories out there it is just mind blowing! What to believe?

Let’s use common sense: The lives we lead are far from how our bodies were designed! We are sitting hunched over staring at screens eating junk food instead of being outside gathering food.

Let’s start with correcting our breath. Learning to breathe like an active hunter and gatherer would. Proper breathing habits lead to tremendous and unexpected health gains. And we don’t stop there but learn to use breathing as a tool as well!

At Joyfullness we gathered the information and tested and understood habits and exercises and put it in a fun and easy to follow step by step instruction. Our bodies are designed to breathe properly. It is relearning good habits we had as children adding tools.
